Plavra for agencies

Run your agency’s AEO/GEO on one console.

Plavra’s Enterprise plan is built for SEO agencies and consultants juggling several client portfolios in parallel. Each client lives in its own isolated workspace — brands, competitors, questions, weekly scans, alerts — without ever bleeding into the other accounts. Consultants switch context in a click, reports ship under your white label with the end-client’s logo and palette, and the whole team works under granular rights — Owner, Manager, Contributor. One console. One €399/month plan. No surcharge per brand, per competitor, or per seat.

No commitment · European billing.

What the agency workspace unlocks.

Where a single-brand plan caps out fast — three brands, ten competitors, one fixed question set — the Plavra agency workspace starts from a different premise. Brands and competitors are unlimited, because an agency has no reason to be billed per domain: it is the console that should absorb portfolio growth, not the monthly invoice. The Enterprise plan posts €399/month flat and the number doesn’t move when you add your fourth client or your fortieth competitor.

The second win is isolated multi-client workspaces. Each client lives in a separate workspace: its own brand set, its own competitor set, its own question set, its own scan cadence, its own alerts. The consultant jumps from one to the next in a click, without a note from client A contaminating the read for client B. Histories do not mix, alert thresholds do not cross, and — crucially — each end-client only ever sees its own data, its own exports, its own report. An agency can onboard a new client in under an hour without touching anyone else’s console.

The third win is white-label reporting. The scan is no longer a « by Plavra » PDF the end-client has to decipher — it is a report carrying the agency’s (or the end-client’s) logo, palette, footer, and public URL. The consultant duplicates the report from one client to the next with a single branding swap, without rewriting the narrative. Cadence is configurable — every Friday, every first of the month, on demand — and the email goes out from the agency’s address, not from a generic noreply.

Granular per-consultant rights close the loop. A three-person team and a ten-person team do not have the same needs: the Owner runs the subscription, Stripe access, and billing; the Manager creates workspaces, briefs the end-client, validates the recommendations; the Contributor runs scans, edits questions, exports reports. Each role sees exactly what it needs to see — nothing else. And because nothing is transitive — a Contributor for client A cannot see client B without an explicit invite — the agency can work with freelancers without ever exposing a confidential dossier.

How multi-client tracking works.

The model is simple: one Plavra account, one workspace per client. When the agency onboards a new client, it creates a named workspace — say « Acme · visibility », « Public tender · Berger » — and attaches the relevant brand set and competitor set. Competitors are scoped to the client, not pooled at the agency level: a competitor of client A never appears in the analysis of client B, even when both clients operate in the same vertical. That isolation prevents the cross-pollution that would blur every recommendation.

The question set is equally scoped to the workspace. Buying questions are written by the consultant to reflect the client’s reality — product, price, jurisdiction, comparison versus the three competitors the client actually tracks. Once calibrated, scans run weekly across the four AI models Plavra queries — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity — and the report lands inside the client’s workspace. When the same agency handles five clients in the same beauty vertical, each client has its own question set, its own benchmarks, and its own alerts — without client A’s numbers skewing client B’s reading.

Consultants switch context without merging dossiers. The console lists every workspace the agency owns, with a visible client badge and a dated scan status. One click opens the targeted workspace: brands, competitors, questions, last report, active alerts. No mega-dropdown loading ten workspaces into memory, no risk of pushing client A’s brief into the export bound for client B. The consultant’s own brief is written from the isolated workspace read — never from some agency-wide average.

On the email side, each agency client receives their own weekly digest, sent from the agency’s address, white-labeled, with their isolated numbers. No group mail pointing at three different clients, no omniscient PDF where the neighbour’s presence can be guessed at. The end-client sees their brand, their competitors, their numbers, their trajectory — and nothing else. The agency itself sees the rollups at the account level, but is free to never send them. Perimeter confidentiality is preserved by design.

Why €399/month and not more.

The €399/month price tag is justified by a capacity argument, not a markup. An AEO/GEO consultant inside an agency carries about a dozen active clients per quarter — sometimes twenty, when the portfolio is broad and the scans are weekly. On a single-brand plan at €49/month the account simply does not hold ten dossiers; on a per-seat plan the agency pays several subscriptions for nothing. The Enterprise plan breaks both locks at once: unlimited workspaces for the portfolio, granular rights for the team, no extra bill per consultant or per collaborator.

There is also no surcharge per brand or per competitor. The agency running ten brands and twelve competitors for Acme pays the same as the agency running two. The technical economics line up: a weekly scan costs Plavra the same in API cycles regardless of how many entities are queried, and the console absorbs portfolio growth without marginal infrastructure cost. The plan reflects a forfait capacity, not a metered unit of work.

The other pillar is the inclusion of all four AI models. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity are queried for every client, every scan, inside the same report. No « ChatGPT Plus add-on », no « Perplexity Pro connector » to plug in case by case: every model runs, and the consultant’s weekly brief can compare what each one says about the client’s brand. That exhaustiveness is what makes an AEO/GEO brief valuable — not a mention on a single model, but the cartography of citations across the assistants the prospect actually consults.

Finally, the plan bundles recurring scans and real-time alerts. No « alert pack » bolted on, no « real-time connector » unlocked as an option. A drop in citations on a critical buying question triggers an alert, the consultant sees it in the console, and the client receives it by email in the same breath. When the weekly scan catches a competitor breaking into mentions, the alert goes out the same way. That short loop — weekly scan, real-time alert, consultant brief — is what justifies the plan: not another tool in the agency stack, but the only tool the agency needs to run its AEO/GEO offer across a multi-client portfolio.
